Arbitration Approach:
I use a clam approach to ask questions and guide the parties to find the best solution for their risk tolerance. I see my role as helping them understand and evaluate the risks of litigation versus settlement so they can make a well informed decision.
Briefs & Other:
I find settlement through mediation is the best solution for 90% of cases. Through an agreed upon settlement the parties control their own fate rather than having a court or jury take that power away from them. Participating in this process is incredibly rewarding. Aside from the time I spent as an investigator, most of my legal career has been assessing risk and advocating for my clients. Being a mediator is a new role I enjoy and it is my pleasure to help reduce the case load on the courts. Thank you for considering my application.
