Arbitration Approach:
My overall approach is to first allow the litigants to be heard. I try to understand all sides thoroughly. I do not give my opinion on value. I work with the parties to try and reach a mutually agreeable result. I try to share the pro's and con's to all sides of not settling and discuss the emotional toll that trials take on the parties.

Briefs are preferred so I can understand the issues ahead of time.
