I primarily use the facilitative style of mediation, to allow parties the autonomy to reach their preferred outcome in the mediation
process while guiding them toward effective resolution of their case. I create a safe space for parties to share all their concerns
and issues before shifting the process to the problem-solving stage. As an attorney, if pressed, I can switch to a more
evaluative approach if the parties or their counsel require, however I do not prefer this method.

introductory meetings (e.g. phone call or introduction to Zoom) prior to scheduled mediation date.
