I generally use an evaluative/facilitative hybrid approach to my mediations depending upon the participants' personalities and the subject matter of the case.

I prefer that the parties provide a short brief of up to 10 pages depending upon the complexity of the case involved in the mediation.
I engage in pre-mediation calls with the parties' counsel which ultimately makes my mediations more efficient.

I provide a reduced rate of $450 per hour for my services for all mediations done on behalf of Courts.  I willingly revise my rates  if payment of the fees at my standard rates is not possible.
