For the past decade alone, I managed an entire book of EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) cases in California and Nevada for a large insurer and parlayed that experience with forming a new law firm that focuses on labor and employment matters. I have personally handled approximately 500 mediations and have consistently shown an ability to successfully persuade parties to resolution. Moreover, my unique experience/knowledge in both defending the claims and in pursuing claims on behalf of Plaintiffs allows me to view cases from the eyes of both the Defendant and the Plaintiff.
