Arbitration Approach:
My approach to mediation is to first and foremost make sure the
parties are comfortable with the process and understand the process;
I like to learn about the parties and their claims by providing the
parties a chance to explain their position including facts before starting
negotiations. My approach is facilitative and I assist the parties to
negotiate by helping create options for resolution and reasons for
resolution.
