Generally, my mediation approach is both facilitative and evaluative, depending on
the needs of the parties and the nature of the dispute.
Briefs & Other:
I prefer to have written briefs or mediation conference statements delivered to me
at least 5 calendar days before the mediation conference. Statements should be
no more than 10 pages, double spaced, 12 point font. Delivery may be by email,
fax or mail.

I negotiate rates with litigants/attorneys.  I would consider providing mediations at no charge to indigent pro pers, however.
