Arbitration Approach:
I permit the parties to tell their story. I like win-win situations, but an agreement put together by the parties is almost always better than a judgment. I don't mind emotionally-charged matters. Mediations are more likely to resolve the problem while spending less money, time and stress. Mediation can be creative and actually design a solution to the problem, when winning the litigation doesn't always even solve the problem.
Briefs & Other:
Written briefs five days before the mediation are very useful. It should cover facts, calculation of damages, and important legal issues and history of prior negotiations between the parties. An additional brief with confidential information is welcome.

$250 per hour
