Arbitration Approach:
My mediation style is information based. This requires all parties to understand the position of each party. I look for agreement and on issues not agreed upon, work with the parties to develop acceptable options for settlement.
Briefs & Other:
I prefer 5 page summaries from each party. If the matter involves financial issues, I can review financial records, tax returns, balance sheet and income statements.
Fee Information:

Rate Per Hour: $250.00

Rate Per Half Day: $800.00

Rate Per Day: $1500.00

$250 per hour
My rate per day is $1500; my rate per half day is $800.
Hourly rate for ZOOM online mediation is $250.00, 2 hr minimum.
Locations:
Western Region (Riverside; Moreno Valley); Mid-County Region (Southwest, Temecula, Hemet, Banning); Eastern Region (Indio, Blythe); at the above business address; at the facilities of one of the parties' counsel or other appropriate facilities in these areas.
