Arbitration Approach:
My ADR style is facilitive, based upon a belief that the purpose of mediation is to assist the parties to find a resolution of their respective needs. My litigation background enables me to be an evaluative mediator when the parties or circumstances so indicate. I believe a balanced approach to the negotiation process is necessary, to understand the needs and interests of all sides before a mediation may be successfully concluded by a settlement agreement.
Briefs & Other:
Short briefs outlining the facts and issues, with information on the status on the settlement negotiations, are appreciated. It is usually not necessary to brief the applicable law. Briefs, without attachments, may be faxed or emailed. Bring pertinent attachments or exhibits to the mediation.
Fee Information:

Rate Per Hour: $400

Rate Per Half Day: $1600

Rate Per Day: $3200

$300 per hour
I negotiate my rates with the litigants/attorneys. I would consider providing mediations at reduced rates.
Locations:
Western Region; Desert Region; at my office in La Quinta; at the facility of counsel for the parties, or other appropriate facilities.
