My mediation approach is dependant upon the nature of the case. At the mediation, I encourage all sides to participate fully to narrow the case down to the most critical legal and factual issues. At this time, the mediator does not mediate any cases involving pro per parties.

Short briefs outlining facts, applicable law and issues are requested at least five (5) days prior to the mediation.

Hourly rate is $450

Eastern Region (Indio); at the facilities of one of the parties' counsel or other appropriate facilities; Other locations (Desert Cities): Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells. Able to conduct Zoom mediations.
