Mr. Watts has been an arbitrator and mediator on superior court panels throughout Southern California for more than 20 years, assisting in the resolution of hundreds of cases involving a wide variety of business, real-estate, contract, employment, trade secret, commercial, personal injury and catastrophic property damage. 1988-present: Orange County Superior Court, Temporary Judge Panel. Mr. Watts has served as a temporary judge in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties for over twenty years. He has been recognized by the Orange County Courts on several different occasions for his contributions of time and ability to capably handle large and complex calendars.

Briefs & Other:

(1) Mr. Watts would prefer that the parties suspend discovery/motions until after mediation process is completed; (2) Briefs are encouraged (either confidential or served) several days before session; (3) All parties are expected to attend in person; and (4) Parties are encouraged to call in advance with general questions about mediation or other resolution processes.

Fee Information:

$400 per hour Hourly rate: $400 (two party). Reduced rates or pro bono service considered in appropriate cases. Payments and deposits are due in advance absent other arrangements.

Western Region (Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley); Mid-County Region (Temecula); at the address of the mediator; at the facilities of one of the parties' counsel or other appropriate facilities. Other locations: Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Pomona, Pasadena, Orange County.
