Ms. Baum has mediated all types of civil disputes including personal injury, employment, real estate, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, trademark, construction, and business matters. She serves as a mediator for the Riverside Court of Appeal, RCBA Dispute Resolution Service and the Orange County Superior Court. Ms. Baum was trained by some of this country's most esteemed and experienced mediators in both the classroom and during real mediations.
Ms. Baum currently serves as a Temporary Judge for the Orange County Superior Court where she regularly conducts Mandatory Settlement Conferences.
