Arbitration Approach:

My style is relatively informal. I strongly prefer confidential mediation briefs from the participants. At the beginning of the mediation, we will conduct a joint session to outline the process and to identify the main points of both agreement and disagreement before breaking into separate groups.

Briefs & Other:

Confidential briefs from all participants are strongly preferred. It is helpful to have those briefs on hand at least five (5) days prior to the mediation. Include in the briefs the status of any prior negotiations.

Fee Information:

$225 per hour Rate per day: $1800; Rate per half-day: $900; reduced rates and pro bono considered. Value Mediation Participant.

Locations:

Western Region (Riverside); at the office of the mediator; at the facilities of one of the parties' counsel or other appropriate facilities; other locations would be subject to agreement of the parties and mediator.
