Elizabeth A. Moreno has resolved hundreds of disputes including matters involving employment, insurance, personal injury, business, real estate, medical malpractice and residential construction defect. She has had more than 60 hours of mediation training and advanced complex mediation training in employment disputes including discrimination, breach of contracts, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. In the areas identified above, not only has she mediated many cases, but also tried these issues. Ms. Moreno is on the mediation panels for the Orange County Superior Court and United States District Court. She is also a mediator with Resolute Systems, Inc. Ms. Moreno has been appointed to a three-year term on the California State Bar ADR Committee (2007 - 2010).
