Approach:

I tend to favor the facilitative approach but can do evaluative mediation if that is what the parties choose. My goal is to provide assistance to the parties to facilitate their arrival at a collaborative resolution of their dispute. I use generally accepted and as appropriate, uniquely tailored approaches to the parties needs. My preference is to conduct a facilitative mediation giving the parties the opportunity to arrive at a collaborative resolution to their dispute.
