Fee Information:
$350 per hour
My rate per day is $2,500; my rate per half-day is $1,250; reduced rates and pro bono considered. However, I prefer to mediate in two to three hour sessions to enable the parties to process the financial and emotional challenges of their matters, over the course of some weeks. I charge my mediation assistant $135 for pleadings.
